Working Monday to Friday, 3pm to 8pm
Providing a highly professional telephone answering service and directing calls as appropriate, you must be organized and have proven IT and administrative skills. We are looking for applicants who ideally have a hospitality background – preferably 4 star setting, exceptional communication skills and a welcoming personality. Lots of energy and enthusiasm is required together with a team focused and flexible attitude. • To always answer the phone in a courteous and professional manner.
• To deal with all customer inquiries in an efficient and comprehensive manner.
• To deal with all internal inquires in a professional and efficient manner.
• To be able to cover for members of the Reception team if the business needs require.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within a service orientated business. They will have confident people handling skills and be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism and integrity. They must have a passion for customer service, self-motivation and the ability to multi task on a regular basis.
